Tatum is definitely an S-Tier player in the league. 5 Eastern Conference Finals in his first 7 years. Consistently improving at least one major statistical category EVERY YEAR while still having VERY competitive statistical seasons year in and year out. Tatum can put up 29-32 ppg, 6-7apg, and 8rpg and make a clear case that’s he’s the MVP
“I got care about the numbers if he is the same player as last year” what does that even mean? If tatum averages 29-9-6 on a 1 seed, its RIDICULOUS for him not to be at least a finalist, 27-8-5 doesn’t get it done
Jason Tatum cant win because his team is too talented so he’s not going to be able to put up the kind of stats those other players do, just cause his usage isn’t high enough. Plus he also has a teammate in Jalen Brown, who is arguably at times better than him and the other reason is, just like Mars says, he just not as good as those other guys
@@rossmcewan7204 well, you just said Tatum can’t win it because of his team, but Steph’s team was better. You also don’t know how Tatum will play this year. If he plays like a top 2 player does he deserve the MVP?
@@tyronemaxwell8091 Steph's team in 2015/16 was nowhere near as talented as this Boston Celtics team is right now. What makes this such a definitive statement? Seriously - Tatum’s achievements have to mean something. He shoots better than SGA. He plays defense on par with SGA, if not better. He’s been a superstar for longer. What edge does SGA have in this argument?
bad timing considering how good he looked last night
