@@jmcastaneda1974 I have not experienced either of those issues. I do have an issue with my hood not aligning with the body panel on the passenger side.
@@rossoverland that's weird, I have not heard of that, but the issues with the bracket is industry wide. Every brand CCE, Victory, Amazon model, etc. All are copies of each other. And all do the same thing, pushing the cowl seal down. When I saw your truck I really couldn't tell if it was off ..
I’ve owned my bought new 2023 Colorado Trail Boss for over a year now, I’ve only put 4K miles on it but I can say these trucks ride a little rough! My wife’s 2019 Toyota Highlander is way smoother! So if it’s riding worse than stock that’s gotta be a rough ride and I believe you when you said that ✌️ but it looks way better than stock!
@@jimmycline4778 thanks man! With the stock setup I think it rode quite well for a truck. Atleast coming from my 2nd gen Colorado it rode way better. The leveling kit definitely makes it more harsh and combined with the higher rated and heavier tires!
Looking to do a similar build once I purchase my '23 Trail Boss! I'm super new to the overland-community, and from the PNW. Would you ever consider spraying the bed? I've seen other builds spray with Rhino Liner?
@@MeGustaGuerra No, although I can see it helping when towing for long periods of time. I don’t think this truck needs it with these tires. It is still very peppy, and I can get after it on and off the trail.

Thank you for being transparent about it driving worse than stock. A lot of guys in denial will say it drives the same.
@@95mayfield of course, like i mentioned, in order for it to ride well you will need a better kit with a higher load rated tire
I LOVE those nomad wheels ! Trucks lookin good ! I’m excited to see that smart cap ! 🔥
Thanks man! Me too!
Did the ditch light brackets pushed the cowl down on the passenger side? Did they make the windshield seal come out? If so how did you fix it?

Nice rig bro! I installed the RC 6inch and am running 20x10 wheels on 35x12.5 tires and I went with the falken wildpeak at4w’s!

@rossoverland true, most 35s are 33.5, maybe 34. Just like 33s are 31.75
