I listen to everything that I can from the Rebbe. I'm hoping this will heal my heart.

This is why Rebbe Nachman of Breslov strongly encouraged
his followers to engage daily in hisbodedus.
That by silent meditation and speaking to hashem
in a personal way, one becomes clear about their path
in life and where they are holding. As a result, one has
the insight to make adjustments accordingly.

Listen, I've been very, very down lately. My daughter abandoned me. She walked away from our relationship. I am so devastated. I love her completely. It is very difficult to stay encouraged. I feel like leaving town and beginning new elsewhere. I

I kind of always have had depression and even more so now in my early twenties. I''m not sure what to do with myself anymore. I have so many emotions I'm feeling and always thinking, worrying but despite that I didn't consider maybe I should talk to myself.

just a peice of my experience. this advice was given to this man.the rebbe obviously knew him. and at that point he gave him advice that was good for him. anyone else should use this advice but also remember that every person is unique. and may need someone to talk to in addition to speaking to oneself. it is said in seforim"teshua berov yoetz" asking for advice is a good thing. remember tho that you should do what is good for you. sometimes we are so confused and want to hear what a talmid chochom has to say to us to guide us. its not a contradiction to what the rebbe said. bec the rebbe was specifically speaking to him. every person that reached out to the rebbe got a different answer that worked for them.

I am having mine at 60! I have a beautiful young wife who keeps a kosher home , but our marriage is on the rocks because of the way she treats me and spends my money. I have had so many people commenting on my marriage and what I should do.
I wish the Rebbe was around, because his advice I would take .
