I gotta admit, even as I steer more and more towards modern "guideline" Tetris, there's something uniquely relaxing and beautiful coming back to watch Jonas upstack clean and elegant like it's nothing.
I know you can beat joseph next year man...... i hope you will train! I have seen alot of matches this year, cause its somehow relaxing to watch for me hahaha.... you have progressed alot and im sure you can progress alot more man!
What happens if two players playing against each other max out? What's the tie breaker? The one who reached 999,999 first? EDIT: Also, Jonas has been practicing tucks, it seems. Sometimes he tucks 2 pieces in a row and ends up with a very clean board. Way to go!
@@LordHorst They use a custom cartridge, but have never turned it on for qualifying. It would surprise me if they didn't turn it on this year for the qualifying.
I have a feeling we’re going to see Jonas’ lets fucking go face this year. Watching streams and youtube uploads, i have a feeling he’s going to just try and max every match of every round rather than his usual tournament play where he doesn’t play to risky, he’s just gonna be like “let’s fucking go” every round. I mean think about it... he hasn’t been in a tournament all year... He’s gonna make people scared when he plays this year and not in a good way. “We are Honas!”

CTWC uses unlimited scoring just like Jonas has turned on. Although, two players maxing out against each other has never happened at the CTWC.
