I love the ''labyrinthness'' of Tokyo. You walk, you go up a few stairs, you go down a few stairs, you go over something, you go under something, then you find a small tunnel with Japan-like lanterns, then you come out... it's just so wonderful...
Hello from Argentina!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful country! I enjoy every video you make, and i thank you for making it so natural. Thank you for let us feel like we "are there". I hope this year can make a travel and know your country well, every place I see is so wonderful! Thank you so much!!
Love the walk along the park, lots of wide open spaces and flowing water make it so relaxing, and up a ramp and you are back in the city! Thanks for the skytree clock combo shot, I guessed it was late afternoon but thanks for the conformation.
After watching this video, I was like “wow, this route is so beautiful, I wish I could walk it too someday” fast forward, the summer of 2018 I traveled to Japan, Tokyo and found the exact same street where you started the video and walked pretty much the whole route until the end of the park, it was amazing! Thank you for bringing this quality videos
I love that rock garden with water towards the end... Thank you for this. This really inspires me to value and appreciate better community development in the world where we live in harmony with nature.
Sir, you are the master of video walks! The way you effortlessly moved over those rocks with complete confidence while holding camera and mic was incredible. One slip and you and camera in the water. You are fearless!
Do the Japanese know they live in such a wonderland? I see the craftsmanship not only n the brickwork but in the rails and posts; the placements of the trees and bushes. The varied lamp posts. The neatness of the shops and even the way the bicycles are arranged. I don't think I have seen a dirty car yet after dozens of these videos. The no other country I know of has back allies in such pristine condition. Amazing. Oh, way to make those pedestrian walk lights LOL
Long time no see Rambalac. Busy with work and life! Took the time though to appreciate this video you made as usual! It's so funny, in Japan it was all bare and in Canada there was 20 centimeters of snow on the ground this day.
I'm on earpiece, so there is some interruption but that does not matter.Temptation first interruption is secondary. You are an explorer with assorted treats.Simply put it you show varied places of attractions. You got great chemistry with cats cuz some of ur videos tends to meet cats.🐱😾😻✌🌝Very interesting indeed!!!🌿🍀💕
Hi Rambalac. Thanks for your video walks. I really like them. Sometimes I intend to just watch for a few minutes and an hour late I'm still watching. It's quite therapeutic and relaxing. I have a request, even though it could mean a little hardship for you. I love rain at night time/evening. So I wondered if you could do a long walk through Shibuya or some other brightly lit and busy area in the dark evening and heavy rain. I think that would be cool and give it a nice Blade Runner vibe.
And I guess in the heavy rain season it's summer so doesn't get dark until later? Ok then we need the perfect storm (pun intended) of super heavy rain and a dark evening ;) I might be visiting Japan this year so I'll buy you a beer for your troubles. How would you keep the camera dry or the lense from being obscured by water? And, what do you think the most Blade Runner like area of Tokyo is? Akihabara, Shinjuku or another? That would be a combo of brightly lit, high tech streets and also busy throngs on an outdoor market/bazaar type area.
Your 4K 60p videos looks very good on my 65-inch 4k tv. Can you make 8K 60p walking videos as well? I bet it would look very realistic on my screen and treadmill exercise. Thanks for sharing your videos. :)
I would really like a video about an hour long of just walking next to a canal. It is a very beautiful piece of scenery to me. Remember a lot of people who watch your videos or subscribe are probably using this for walking on the treadmill.
At 6:00 that type of a canal/river thing. I'm not sure what it's really called but having water in every shot is great. To me a Japanese canal/river is wonderful. Maybe it's not to everyone but then again there are probably a lot of people who would really like it.
Well, could you make a walking video either along that river or something similar? Like a river with concrete walls and a walking/driving path next to it? Something where its water but has a feel of modernization. Basically, something that looks like a river in downtown Tokyo.
Not saying one would have to pledge money for that cause specifically. What you are doing now is great already! I think you should put the Patreon link in every video description and channel description. But maybe it's just me who was too lazy to not look it up :P
What is the sound happening at 5:46 coming from? Is it an internal issue with the camera microphone or does it pick up interference from the power lines?
Either way - absolutely LOVE all your videos. It’s like going back to a happier time... I can’t wait to be done with my university studies so that I can finally move to Tokyo
Can you imagine nearly half of the people gathering and walking around in famous tour spots in Japan are Chinese and some Koreans ? Many of the people you guys are looking in this vedio are not Japanese. I can identify who is Chinese and Korean and Japanese.
I love the ''labyrinthness'' of Tokyo. You walk, you go up a few stairs, you go down a few stairs, you go over something, you go under something, then you find a small tunnel with Japan-like lanterns, then you come out... it's just so wonderful...
there is is something oddly satisfying in your video Rambalac, appreciate your work :)

I have enjoyed every step and every minute of this wonderful walk. I would like to walk the same route, one day, when I'm in Tokyo.
After watching this video, I was like “wow, this route is so beautiful, I wish I could walk it too someday” fast forward, the summer of 2018 I traveled to Japan, Tokyo and found the exact same street where you started the video and walked pretty much the whole route until the end of the park, it was amazing! Man I just love your video especially the sound which give you feeling of being there. Music is ok but I prefer this any day.
I just ordered new mic trying to solve RF noise issue.
Rambalac thanks for doing this. You don’t know how much I look forward to seeing your new video.
Great Video as always. Was there last October and it brings back a lot of good memories.
I like this film. I wait for the SkyTree tower this for a long time :D SkyTree tower is beautiful.

I dropped my 100K yen lens 😗 Not while filming though.
Best walking videoabout Japan
Hey from USA Georgia. Edit: I'm only 6 minutes in but walking along the canal is freaking awesome. I love seeing water when walking.
Please DONT insert any music! I prefer natural city sound
Great video. Thank you for taking the time to shoot it.
peaceful... so nice....

You sure made quick work of those rocks at 56'. I never miss a vid, and you've really picked up your pace and stamina! WTG Ramb!
I miss watching your live streams, however the 4K looks stunning.
Beautiful city
I love your videos.
Hello from Italy.
Long time no see Rambalac. Busy with work and life! Took the time though to appreciate this video you made as usual! It's so funny, in Japan it was all bare and in Canada there was 20 centimeters of snow on the ground this day.
I'm going for Yuki Matsuri Feb 8-10.
Thank you for creating videos like this. I loved them.
Thanks for the vid...truly. Hi, from Montrose, Colorado!
WHAT A PLEASURE ! As always !

dude i just love your video's. please make more interesting video's of japan
So you made it to Oyokogawa after all. In spring it is a way more scenic though ;)

Gladly, need to catch weather. Now it's winter and even rare rains are week.
And I guess in the heavy rain season it's summer so doesn't get dark until later? Ok then we need the perfect storm (pun intended) of super heavy rain and a dark evening ;)

I haven't been to Shinjuku Golden Gai myself but I hear it most matches the Blade Runner feel.
It's too small for Blade runner, 2 floors max.
@48:15 "w" + "shift" keys are pressed.
:D
hey thank you for the video ,from behind the GFW T^T
this is real tokyo? puxa, q parque gostoso de andar. imagina isso pela manhã. i like this park

Canal or river? Canals are not so long and often broken into pieces by roads. I can take 1h walk along Tama river with rural views.
At 6:00 that type of a canal/river thing. I'm not sure what it's really called but having water in every shot is great. To me a Japanese canal/river is wonderful. Maybe it's not to everyone but then again there are probably a lot of people who would really like it.
+Ian Crawford that's Konaki river

japan countryside please .
+Lonney Tune, maybe Chiba Boso no mura with walk from the station.
+Lonney Tune

Maybe you could start a Patreon so people can sponsor a purcase of the upcoming "Panasonic GH5S". It's suppose to be good in low light.
+meeewp , I have www.patreon.com/rambalac
GH5s? Hmm.
Not saying one would have to pledge money for that cause specifically. What you are doing now is great already! I think you should put the Patreon link in every video description and channel description. But maybe it's just me who was too lazy to not look it up :P
+meeewp, it looks ugly and spammy to have bunch of stuff unrelated to video itself. I'm ok with general channel links.
I wonder where the camera it's located on top of your head when you walk?
No, It's in my hands.
I love the quality of your videos!
What camera do you use?
For some reason it doesn’t look that cold there but I’m sure it is.
Actually I took my jacket off.
Rambalac I wish I was there. Pretty cold here in CA. Maybe old age is getting to me. lol
Here in romania it's 15 degrees celsius xD ...the weather really changed a lot in the past few years
What is the sound happening at 5:46 coming from? Is it an internal issue with the camera microphone or does it pick up interference from the power lines?
Either way - absolutely LOVE all your videos. It’s like going back to a happier time...
I can’t wait to be done with my university studies so that I can finally move to Tokyo
+Matt the Modest, that's interference coming from some mobile cell towers. I don't know what is wrong, but that's only specific towers.
1:03:30 for a moment I thought you would take that challenge haha
Can you tell me what machine you are using? I also want one :)
Machine?
Lumix GH5 camera?
It's in the description.
Are u walking or levitating?
Both :)
Can you imagine nearly half of the people
gathering and walking around in famous
tour spots in Japan are Chinese and some
Koreans ?
Many of the people you guys are looking in this vedio are not Japanese.
I can identify who is Chinese and Korean
and Japanese.
can I walk from Asakusa?
Asakusa is too close to SkyTree.
I saw Sky Tree but don't know where to start. next time when I go to Japan I'll try
Hey from românia !

Here in Brazil, all bicycles would be stolen :(
That's too bad,and I've been stolen on bikes for four times..so I can understand your situation.
❤

I bet "litter" does not exist in japanese vocabulary
Unfortunately it does.
:D
