This logic comes from the Pluto used to be a planet. It was the gas in the stomach but since it lost it's planet privellage it got farted out

With that type of short time period, evolution, even on the generations scale, wouldn’t be able to spread fast enough. If there were years with Uranus in the inner solar system, maybe a few organisms would adapt to the new features, but definitely not 10 days.
