I don’t know what you’re thinking, you let an stranger stay in the house that you really don’t own by yourself, and you left her by herself in the property without thinking how will Mr Phuong feel when he comes over the property seeing an stranger in there. Out of respect, you should not do that without consulting Mr Phuong first if it’s ok to bring her in, even tho I’m pretty sure he will agree with it because he’s a kindhearted man. It’s so inconsiderate of you to bypass him in this matter. He still is the owner of this property, he just love you to open it up for you to live in.
