This felt like a most inspired video, Mike! I happened to have pre-ordered Bullet Witch way back when, and had remembered a fair bit of hype surrounding it at the time. Perhaps that was merely my friends who happened to have worked at the EB games hyping it. I guess that also explains why so few people seem to remember that game whenever I bother to mention it. They always think I'm referring to Bayonetta. I'll have to give some thought into a similar list. Probably my first Nominee would be Aliens: Colonial Marines released by Sega. Maybe followed by Doom 3, as a result of its pariah status within the larger fan base. Perhaps Fallout BOS? Regardless, awesome video as always!
The old Gameloft mobile titles. Examples: Modern Combat: Black Pegasus Gangstar: Rio The Dark Knight Rises The Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2 These are games that ran relatively poorly but truly shed light on the real potential of high graphical fidelity in mobile gaming, something that is only now being explored by companies like MiHoyo. I love Illbleed and Spawn for the Dreamcast. I also love Blue Stinger which is a game that a lot of people seem to dislike. Developed by the same team who did Illbleed :)
Illbleed is most definitely not a bad game. It's certainly not for everyone but it's totally unique and a blast for lovers of campy B-movie horror. Rogue Warrior is my pick. Horrible yet hilarious.
I probably would have enjoyed J-Stars and Jump Force more if they were released when I was a child. Just being able to play as Shishio Makoto in a game means I can't fully hate on it lol, once every few months I reinstall Jump Force just to mess around in for a few minutes. I feel similar with JoJo Eyes of Heaven in that the fanservice aspect of the attacks are the most redeeming factor.
We need a new video mike!! I want to know if you picked up super Mario wonder and if your going to get the remake of super Mario RPG. I hope everything is doing good and looking forward to seeing new videos I enjoy the content 👍
