Surprise Attack is the mascot.
He is eternal, so long as he is unexpected.
And he will always be unexpected.
I think surprise attack's secondary power is immortality, he keeps coming back after dying
He is basically a concept.... The reason why he keeps coming back is because nobody expects him to attack cause he died. Therefore it's a surprise attack, thus his power activates
In a way it's immortality.
@@DeathkaiserGthe best part of his power is "you can't too expect it, nor you can not expecting it at all, either way will make you guess/expect some stuff to happen then he proves you wrong and it will be a surprise, ex. He will be back, when you are punching the security, nope, he won't, but he will be back when you're not expecting him to come back because you know he won't come back when you're expecting him, thus somehow he just come back anyway, but not in the way you're expecting him.
He is basically the meme "You're expecting no one to protect him, but it is I, Surprise Attack!"
And somehow he has changed place with the security.
Any scenario can go as long as it's a surprise.
He is your "random Childhood event story made up just because you want to one up another story maker" in DnD.
Like when you're walking on a street and suddenly a meteor shaped like Putin, hitting the road and make an explosion in the form of Trump Face, and leave a crater in the form of Obama's face, just because you wouldn't expect it, thus it will be a surprise.

@@ashvik_kumarthinking outside of the box is a saying which means thinking creatively, however here it was used in a literal sense where captain obvious could not think while being outside of a box, so surprise attack nullified this curse cuz he was hiding in a box

Surprise Attack is actually a Pokémon. Don't believe me? Well, we have seen some of Surprise Attack's moves, like stab (I've never seen this move, perhaps Surprise Attack's special move?), transform (Surprise Attack transformed into Eye Touchy in episode 10), dig (seen in episode 11) and some electric type attack (seen in episode 14). Then we also got an ability that revives Surprise Attack if it's surprising enough. And ofc, most importantly:
Surprise Attack keeps saying their one name.

What if surprise attack is actually the main villain and he has been gathering energy from surprising moments from battles. It might be why Perfect Prediction needed the neckless's power, to contain it. Surprise Attack also looks somewhat similar to the main villain in the villain headquarters.

However, a lot of the heroes can solo the boss if they don’t have to follow the “new character” introduction rule. Since the bosses entrances are always them vs the cop and/or surprise attack, they are generally safe while the heroes have to introduce their powers instead of attack and catch the boss by surprise. For example, Carmen can totally one shot the boss if he takes the picture from a far without his introduction which allowed the boss to outplay him.

@@clorkmagnus Indeed most of these heroes probably do really well normally in 1v1 fights and solo missions. Unfortunately this isn't the ideal scenario for them.
