Your question is incomplete bro.all the sensors are located in panel pcb if pcb burnt them no way to use of remote but if only the buttons will creates a problem then definately you can use every function of fan with the help of remote.

Yes bro there is no knob only down by small amount of force and if you want oscillation then you have to select it's oscillation button on the panel .
