You can try enabling them at the same time in the world and switching the positions of the mods in the behavior and resources sections.

How did make it that the texture of the plants works? When I launch the Addon some Blocks like many of the plants are bugged and have still the file Texture.

For the love of God add-ons for bedrock edition and mods aren't the same thing.
Mods involved modifying the games code itself which Minecraft bedrock edition does not allow in the same goes for pocket edition cuz it's also a part of bedrock.
Add-ons are as the name implies aren't complete modifications that modifies the code but are instead limited by the rules that the creators give and are very limited.
Please don't think they are the same thing.
But I am kind of glad you don't have mod in the title cuz that's one of the main reasons it's kind of clickbait cuz they're not the same thing so thank you for not putting mod in the title.
