I love the DR. When I flew there the second time I felt like I was coming home. It’s an amazing feeling that I had never felt. Even though we are in the process to bring my husband to the USA, I want to move down at some point. The people, culture, the climate are all amazing.
@@yonnyandkayla I love the sound of that idea but I’m not a big fan of the sporadic spontaneous power outages. I was looking more into Santo Domingo, Piantini area.
Too, bad they don’t accept anyone one with at least $1,500 a month retirement pension, soo anyone who wish to apply for a retirement visa, has to be getting $1,500 a month, Or you will be denied such a visa, regards from Boston MA!!😅
@@EvralTatum-Mcfield-ov2mi I feel like that would encourage people to come without getting a visa. And the only penalty for staying here without a visa is to pay a tax at the airport when leaving.

I’m planning on buying my first property in DR. I just don’t know where lol.
Yay! It's so much cheaper to build a house than to buy one here

I can tell you with that if you really want to buy in DR.
There are options for every budget. Investing here now is the smart thing to do.
