    This is sickening. Totally abominable treatment. Like movie type evil minds....nothing could ever satisfy the people who tortured and killed these people....makes me think of psychopaths.

    how can they eliminate the racism and racial discriminations if there are lawyers,adjudicators,police and government officials protect the roots and what happened to section 30 of the ontario human rights commisions and mandate

    there is a racial discrimination in ontario rights commissions,human rights tribunal of ontario and the law society of ontario that public are loosing trust that needs attentions to stop corruptions

    The racism and racial discrimination won't stop if there are lawyers and guardians of the rule of law protects the roots especially in human rights tribunal of ontario,adjudicators are violating their code of conduct which is not complying the hrto rules of procedures.

    How many men and women did this dude send to jail for simply being unable to afford proper legal representation? A lot of families were broken apart because of the legal system Judge Sinclair actively engaged in for decades.

      Canada needs to fulfill its treaty obligations and the requirements of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
      That absolutely has nothing to do with supporting refugees, who, by definition are fleeing for their lives.
      Canada will not be able to know its soul until it deals with its unfinished business with its treaty partners, and the Indigenous nations of unceded territories which Canada is occupying.
