He moved to the USA to start his solo career in 2011. And now he lives both in Russia and the USA, but I think, mainly lives in the Moscow. He sings both in Russian and English. You can find him also as Troy Harley (nick name), but now this name is a history. He will get married soon with Eliss (I'm not sure her really name, but she's also from Russia).
