It's the best pokemon spin-off. I don't know if it's nostalgia talking. But I've never had so much fun playing an offline game, and the story is incredibly well written. Please don't let this game be forgotten! It is necessary to talk about it!!!!

I remember sinking a lot of childhood time to playing pokepark 1 and 2. Had such a chill and fun time playing those games. They balanced the games well with being both easy and simple enough, but also challenging for a 12 year old :)
I loved the first one, it was the only Pokemon game I knew of with real-time battling. Had no clue they even made a second one.

The pokepark games have always been my favorite spinoffs, I even like them more than most of main series Pokemon!

Great video dude! I thought I would never see someone talking about this game. It always bothered me how this game flopped so hard, even though I thinks it's even better than a majority of the main-line games. I planned on making a video about the PokéPark franchise myself, but I just couldn't find the Courage to talk in my videos. I enjoy this spin-off franchise since I was a kid and I would love to see a sequel, even though this is very unlikely for such a profit-oriented comany like Gamefreak to take a risk by bringing this franchise back...

Every now and then I just think of the games I played during my childhood and this was a big part of it. The reason why I think they won't make another one is because it made 500k less sales compared to the first game so they probably dropped it completely. Wish they remastered it for the switch tho 🤧

I remember being on a class trip from Sweden to Berlin when I was 15 and having just enough money to buy one wii game, and it was between this and Skyward Sword. Most people would've called me dumb for not picking up a Zelda game, but looking back at the fun I had playing my copy of "PokéPark 2: Die Dimension der Wünsche", every part of me is fully convinced I made the right choice.
...(except my left thumb. That thing became sore af after playing for more than an hour. Really wish you could just plug in a Nunchuk)

As a kid i was super into pokemon cards, and when i learned there were games, i had to have one. I only had a wii at the time, so my parents got me pokepark 2 for Christmas. As i child i thought that this was what a Pokemon game was and loved it. Despite my nostalgia for it, personally i dont think its a very good game, as ive tried replaying it, and it was never quite the same. While i respect the game. I think some other even simpler spinoffs like pokemon pinball are just better games nowadays

All we can do now is have wishful thinking that they'd make a third game + a remaster of the first two
I actually bought this game and played it. Honestly it was really fun and I enjoyed it a lot, hopefully theyll make a sequel for the pokepark series, but I kinda doubt it considering the sales of the second game
True, the pokepark series is really a hidden gem from them and I'm glad I got to experience it. If there was more demand for it, I'm sure they'll prolly consider making another game or remastering it
The commercial for this game is seared into my head from all the way back then, I was a small child and that commercial was so catchy. I always wanted this game series, but never ended up getting it. Thanks for reminding me I need to play them!

REAL, this game stood the test of time for sure
I played both games when I was a teen and I love them! The first one got somewhat furstrating when you chased some really fast pokemon, but was almost soothing and just wholesome in general. Way too underrated! I need to play them on my Wii U (since my Wii kinda broke) someday. Life is stressful, and I remember feeling calm and warm inside seeing all these pokemon play with one another and becoming friends. :)
Honestly I didn't 100% the games as a kid because some pokemon friends are hard to get 😭. Hope things become less stressful in your life too

While I agree with a lot of your takes, I prefer the original PokePark because of the attractions. The attractions are what make PokePark, and the original has more and better attractions.
I guess so but I'm kinda biased since I really liked the rhythm game attraction in pokepark 2 and the fact I can play as oshawot!!
@@Mattcha I have to agree, though I'm more partial to Tepig. And as much as I love running around in the overworld as Tepig, I also like the idea that I can play multiple different mons in the attractions in the first one.
