We are back in The Hidden World (Mutant Universe) with the first Guide of the year! Meet Samson The Deer Guide. I have an idea if you would like to take it. All of the good guys have an animal so what about a Bat. The boy could be blind and somehow use echolocation, perhaps like the hero Daredevil. Just a thought 😅👍 I don't have a story for him but perhaps if you would like you could. Hope this idea gave you an idea of a lightbulb ☺👍

I love that design! Even without the face being visible, it’s so expressive.
The texture and colour on the bag is beautifully done, and the possum companion is very sweet.
He looks very sweet, despite the battle scars. The addition of Lily was a stroke of genious!
Would love to see a "Poacher" mutant whose sole purpose is to hunt down the guides. Amazing work as always!

I like the little classifications you did for "The Butcher, The Baker, and The Candlestick Maker" and now Samson.
Samson is the butch of the butcher and the bake of the baker and the stick on the candle
i think one of the coolest collaborations would be you, as the sculptor and storyteller, teaming up with an animator to make mini-movies! maybe short skits of how the guides got turned or, maybe a rare instance of a anti mutant fightng a mutant!
We definitely need web toons based on these characters.

I agree plus a video game where to be made I could see Samson as the main character of the game, the other guides being his friends and allies and all the mutants he chases and boss battles them until he finally reached the entity who I think is the mother mutant or he hasn’t come out with an entity model yet

Really like the idea of an animal absorbing some of his essence during the transformation. Also really like that its an opossum, which are usually portrait as nasty pests, but here she is a lovely little companion

Samson & Lily are my new favorites. I feel a bit of a connection with him. And lily is adorable. 🥰
I will say I think it was actually a really good decision to give him fully grown antlers. Samson might still be young in age but he is already carrying responsibilities that go way beyond that. He's a guardian, a protector and a hunter. The antlers can easily be a symbol for that, for his already adult responsibilities, for his power and even for the strong creativity in his mind. And that all seamlessly pairs with the damage and cracks to his mask, as he does not feel like a child but as someone taking on a great and dangerous responsibility. So while you might have not originally intended it as such, this decision did lead to some fantastic symbolism.
I think that a badger with the gentle ness and persona of Samson would be an awesome addition to the mutant under world....

Hullo Anthony, I enjoy viewing this mutant world through your sculptures! This is definitely my favorite so far! I like the racoon guide too. I find your stories mesmerizing and so enjoyable. You flesh out your characters as well or perhaps better than your sculptures and your sculptures are truly fantastic! I do look forward to your videos and you sharing your skills with all of us, Thank You! I am still holding out for a dryad or tree spirit character. There have been some amazing creations in the newest version of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians on Disney+ lately, some awesome creations over there! the raccoon guide has always been my fave his characterization and design are just so clever and my aesthetic but i gotta say Samson is a very close second and definitely imo a huge improvement in the detail of your guide designs i LOVE all the little accessories and layers to him, hes such a beautiful sculpt! and Lily is probably the best part of the Hidden World point blank i love her so much omg 😭

It seems so simple on your vids, but the expertise needed soon reveals itself.

Deer are colorblind as far as I have heard. A hood on an antlered head? I still wish for a Plumber guy as a guide. The deer did turn out cool and the Opossum was nice touch.
You should do a video where you redesign Whisper the cat guide since you've talked about wanting to change her mask so it matches with the others.
