My 'tree' is my Rubber Tree plant - It's huge and I haven't got room to put it anywhere else... so I've hung a few decorations and lights on it. It looks lovely and I'm thinking of keeping the lights on it.
He wouldn’t like my tree. It’s a 2’ 6” white display tree with birds, cones and folklore on it. Plus a fairy at the top. The kids decorated all of it and I love it. 🎄
You know what I find the whole idea of a 'tasteful Christmas' to be quite tacky. The expression 'camp as Christmas' is there for a reason. Making things fun for the kids is more important than keeping up with the Jones.

Unfortunately l live in the southern hemisphere. A pine trees they have in the northern hemisphere are lovely. However lve seen some people with small Christmas tree. Decorations it’s really beautiful. I won’t say the man rude. I think he’s just voicing his honest opinion. No affence. It can be misunderstood sometimes when person or person voices their opinion.
