I did the exercises once a day (I may have done it twice a day 3 or 4 times). But I think they worked for me and my legs still appear to be getting smoother. Just try and stay consistent!

Being consistent is so important. I enjoy this easy exercises. It does help in toning of my lower body. Been just two weeks and I see and feel that difference. Being a foodie, diet is something I can't do and I'm glad I chose to stick to this as a part of my exercises. Thank you Josie

When I tell you, I have INSTANTLY become a follower! I am soon to be 54yrs in a month Lord’s Will (Grandma taught me to say that when I was younger, she said “Because you Never know what your next day holds!” And in these Covid times..Oooh wee..God Bless US all! Enough rambling...as I was saying, my legs USE to be shaped like yours, but after my marriage of 26yrs and ending up in an Emotional, abusive relationship afterwards, I turned to comfort foods and the Thunder thighs were upon me before I knew it.. But it's a brand new day for me and I’ve Prayed my way out of that ugly relationship and Now giving me the attention I deserve!
