Haverhill Diesel Welder generator start up after sitting idle for 10+ years

Sorry about the audio being out of sync, I was using a rollei 300 action cam and it just played up!
Twin cylinder welder, was rewound the developed a wiring fault! Sat unused for 10+ years, I think it would have fired up straight away it I had realised it had a cold start lever.
