I am a yoga instructor and I do lots of hip work so this is very helpful and something new thank you very much!
Been doing this for a couple months 3+ times per week... Wonderful!
Great job!
I’ve done this before, good exercise!
Keep working hard! you have come so far.
I've had both hips replaced. What do we do if we can't even get our legs up off the mat/floor?
Whats a good stretch for hip dysplasia?
I was trying this exercise, and i am completely unable to lift the front leg. Not even a bit. Why is that please? And how can i fix it?
I need an answer to this also. I'm on the mats and trying to tell miles to move and am getting NOTHING. It's like I'm paralyzed. Scary.
Absolutely no movement from my front leg like my brain is sending the signal but nothing happens
this is soooo hard!! 😨 I could barely lift the front leg
Yes it is not an easy movement, but something to work at over time.
We were taught in jr. high school to specifically not do that stretch. (1970s)
Times have definitely changed from the 70s
um that's not really a stretch either. it's a neuromuscular exercise
