    Another means of expression and with a whole history in the materials. Lovely. I would try it in my garden, but I'd probably be arrested! :)

    Artwork is seen now a days as I believe is a competition... Everyone just trying to do the most craziest shit .... Simplicity at its finest is true art.

    luckily the title clarifies that it is "exploding" gunpowder or I may have mistaken it for the type of gunpowder that doesn't explode

      I paint with lightning (up to 30.000 volts) and chemicals and ...
      from very realistic things to abstract things. You might like it or not.
      Anyway enjoy your day guys

    It's interesting to think that he's using his ancestor's recipe.
    The Chinese basically invented gunpowder.

    Holy shit! I was expecting it to look like most modern art, that would be awful and/or ugly. But the outcome was actually beautiful! Very unexpected and intriguing.

    Usually not a fan of this kind of gimmicky art, but his work is actually very visualy appealing to me. Some other artists that use crazy techniques paintings just look like shit a 5 year old made

    Not possible with current pyrotechnical technology. The timing needed is just too tight. The only way to achieve it is to use electronic means for lifting and breaking the shells. They can generally be programmed within 1 ms of each other which is just not possible with conventional shell fusing techniques.

    • @Wat-Dat
      @Wat-Dat 5 лет назад

      1ms? You must be high. 30ms would be just fine.

    ill give him credit, judging by conventional standards its impressive, but i dont see how he needs microchips in the actual fireworks to achieve this, im pretty sure at the very minimum a very similar result could be accomplished with conventional means

    The "paintings" are just cheesy... People will always be more impressed when they can spot a tree, over something abstract. But while having no understanding of art always criticize contemporary art which they don't get.

    • @cinnamonbeardstud
      @cinnamonbeardstud 6 лет назад

      Wow. Ignorance much? What do you think people thought thousands of years ago when people first drew or painted a tree, without the aid of technology to make photorealism? I bet they thought it was abstract and made no sense too.

    Can someone here justify the air pollution & environment degradation created by such nuisance experiments ??
    N further more if tomorrow this so called contemporary artist experiments with bomb explosives or radioactive substances or animal parts or something, will we so called humans blindly appreciate this Foolishness ???
