Hello At the start I thought it was the navigation cd as when I took it out it was working normally. But after few days the problem started again I ended up buying a new radio screen .
I would recommended you to check your fuses and the wiring. Check if there is power coming out the wires behind the radio. If there is power then the radio needs replacing...
HELLO I found the fire was burning in the radio, so you have to buy a radio from the sale of Mercedes-Benz and SD card navigation with otherwise. Before I do so, I tried all the tricks that are cheap but not good, it took me several useful ..I try to buy cheap radio from eBAY but he did not walk in. So I decided to spend $ 3,000.....and now every thing good....
