  • Rebecca was ready to give up hope and accept that she would be relying on a cane to get around because of her immobilizing chronic pain. That was the reality until she visited the pain clinic at St Paul's hospital where she was introduced to spinal cord stimulation therapy.
    After an extremely successful trial, Rebecca received a permanent spinal cord stimulator implant and has since been enjoying her grandchildren, dancing with her husband, and most importantly, up off the couch she was stuck on for over three months.
