Sounds like you are not a pre-trib rapture person but post. This view makes no sense because this is where Jesus comes back to rule for 1000 years. Matthew 24:36-51 clearly shows that this is the end of man ruling and where Jesus begins to rule with the saints.
The caveat "like the days of Noah" the world comes to its end and Jesus separates the sheep from the goats "there will be two in the field and one taken" the one who remains; persevered through the tribulation the other held for judgement. Then he begins to appoint to those who were faithful rewards and give them responsibilities to rule with him according to their good works. Notice that the left behind will now have to prove their faith by their works because the dispensation of grace has ended with the rapture of the church. The church is the bride of Christ and those left behind are those who are called the friends of the bride groom known as the elect.
2 Thess 2:1-3 clearly proves there is a pre-trib rapture once you understand that apostasia actually means a physical departure. Jesus said that in Matthew 24:31 that he will gather his saints in heaven, mentioned in Revelation 5:9 as the saints who were raptured according to Jesus promise in Rev 3:10 (there are other references).
One only has to think that when Jesus returns "known as the second coming," we know it is to rule. The question to ask yourself, why would Jesus rapture His people at His second coming to only have them with Him on earth. Why would they go up in the air to meet the Lord in the clouds for 2 seconds only to touch down on earth with him? It makes zero sense.
