In case anybody wondering, the amount of damages kibler and the whole galaxy dealt to enemy hero is 57 damages before his opponent concede. And his opponent barely touch ~10 damages to kibler. Not even close..
But he nearly lost all resources in the process.. Warrior are really strong, well
I mean, control decks don't really beat you to death, they survive long enough until you run out of resources. Which kibler almost did hadn't it been for the vaporize.

It's probably because by the video's end, you know he wins regardless of the repeated pickles he finds himself in. When you actually play HS it's rarely like that. Stressful as hell, usually!
Was watching without audio so sorry if you explained this, but is there a reason you took so long to play pocket galaxy? Seems pretty risky not playing it on 7, considering control warrior gives you a lot of time to put together a win condition and it seems that antonidas will for sure be the only way you win.
only antonidas would be a good thing for pocket galaxy, the risk drawing him before you had a chance to play it safely isnt worth surrendering the board

it really isn't, druid got that ammount of armor while filling the board with taunts, while getting to 10 mana on turn 5 and while gathering his combo pieces to end you by turn 9, that's not even close to that and nothing will ever be probably

I do not approve of burn mage but that was satisfying seeing warrior burned down
This is a tempo mage, burn mage isnt a thing now without mana wyrm, unless you are playing wild there isnt enough burn spells/early game minions to make burn mage work.
Garrett Clayton if mana wyrm comes back as 1 mana would that make tempo/burn mage tier 0 ?

Warrior has been meta in almost all expansions. The base cards were just so good.

While Warrior does have solid base cards, I don't think it is the base cards that push them over the edge. In this meta, the main culprit is Boom. Supercollider, Warpath, and Devastator/Dyn-o-Matic (seemingly a million Devastators thanks to Boom) are what add to its consistency. The removal they have is just really good right now, and Boom always give them threats and answers throughout the match. Before the year of the dragon, Baku gave them enough armor gain to make them difficult to keep up with, so even though they didn't have as much removal as they did now, they had much more armor to give them time to find answers (and again, Boom).
Are the base cards good? Yeah. Probably better than the average class (though most classes still have a number of base cards that are still good). It's just Warrior has been lucky to get consistently powerful rotating cards to go with it in most standard metas as well, which isn't necessarily true for some other classes.
Obviously kibler is a better player than me, but seems to me he should have played pocket galaxy sooner? Its low tempo but it seems to me that going off with antonidas like that was the only way he was winning that game by the time we reached turn seven.

Honestly hate burn mage but warrior has completely ruined the game for me, 20+ minute slug fest are cancer imo.
