I'm thrilled that for some of you still works. I'll appreciate any idea that might help me save some bucks again.
I can confirm this, it used to work like 2 days ago but for some reason it stopped working for me, no idea if it was because i won the temprst first licence, or because i was messing around google play changing my email or just because the glitch simply wont work anymore, can you confirm if still works for you as of today?

It did work but now it's patched but you get free gas so it's good and removes all your wait time for upgrades or cars so still a solid glitch
