    Elsewhere, Brighton & Hove Albion beat Aston Villa in a six-goal thriller that saw both sides reduced to 10 players while Liverpool scored a late penalty to emerge 3-2 winners over Tottenham.
    History was made as Crystal Palace secured their first-ever win in the WSL with a 2-0 victory over Leicester City.
    In the remaining fixture, hosts Arsenal were held to a goalless draw by Everton at the Emirates Stadium.

    Embarrassing would not even begin to cover it for Arsenal and Eidevall. Credit to Everton for staying disciplined and maintaining structure throughout 90 minutes
