An 8 year old named Ryan asked Santa to get kids to stop bullying his twin sister Amber. He also asked Santa to get Big Time Rush to come to her birthday party to boost her spirits. Big Time Rush was happy to help, appearing on Good Morning America to meet Amber and her brother Ryan, and making her their special Worldwide Girl for the day.

BTR are such sweet guys they never get into any scandals or fights with other bands! They are great role models. I wish bullying would end ! But I'm glad this girl got her wish and a beautiful memory with BTR.

I can't believe that she was getting bullied at school. She is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and I feel disgusted that people are judging her because of her weight. I just want to hug her and tell her that it's okay. Nobody should be bullied, it makes you hate yourself. Trust me, I know. I hope that we will fix humanity a bit that children don't have to be suicidal and people can live how they want to.

This is so touching. Just when she said "You don't have to do that." and he responded "Yes, I do." with zero hesitation. He is truly an amazing brother and his love for his sister is abundantly clear. Also, I have so much respect for Big Time Rush now. Good on them. :)

The way he said he would take the bully for her without hesitation made me smile. The shock in her face when she saw BTR priceless and I cried. Everyone deserves someone to be there and she was lucky to have her brother. This is so heart warming.

this had me in tears. Those kids have a good head on their shoulders, you can tell the mother is doing the best she can. That's so awesome that ambers favorite band came to see her and sing to her!!
The kids voice was extremely deep. What a mature little dude god bless him, and when she said "You don't have to do that!" and he IMMEDIATELY replies "Yes I do." like it's his only purpose in life... oh my god. Extremely gut wrenching. Such a beautiful story. And mad respect for Big Time Rush for going out there and doing that for them. They're extremely underrated as both artists AND GOOD PEOPLE as well :) Ugh. Perf.

OMG, I will cry :') That was so sweet!! Absolutely Big Time Rush has a big heart, is so sweet how they took the time to give them strength and hope to that little girl and her family. They are definitely a great example to follow, and also that beautiful family.
They're completely right when they say that this is sad, but also really sweet. It's awful that that girl got bullied (I say "got" because I assume it's stopped), but it's really heartwarming that her brother would write a letter like that.
Big Time Rush are such good people for coming to see them. So many artists wouldn't give Amber and her family the time of day.

This is one of the reasons that Big Time Rush are my idols. There were tears in my eyes watching the twins interact, but when I saw Amber's face when BTR stepped out, and when the boys were hugging her, those tears just started streaming down my face.

The love he has for his sister is so beautiful and something that I truly haven't seen with any other sibling relationship, at least at that age. When he said that He wished the kids would pick on him rather than his sister, and she told him "You don't have to do that", he had zero hesitation to reply with "Yes I do". I truly hope that she listens to his wise words when he says, "it does get better" because it really does. No bully is worth taking away your life. Beautiful story.
Oh my goodness this made me cry so hard. I don't know why anyone would bully her. Everyone has their flaws, it's not like there are perfect people. When her mom said she thought about killing herself, that just hit me. And she is so fortunate to have a brother like that who would put her before him, who would protect her and who would rather get bullied than to see his sister get bullied. Most artists are paid to go do things like that, and they make it so quick and impersonal. They put so much heart into making her feel good about herself, and it honestly gives me hope for the world.
