  • Swami Amartyananda is an author of the book named " Effective Life Management". SDM (Satsanga-Discipline and Meditation) method is nicely explained in this book.
    Swamiji is a prolific writer and a mesmerising speaker. His lectures are not related to any religion in particular. His way of explaining spiritual facts is very simple, straightforward and logical without taking much help of scriptures. He speaks from his own experience with reasoning. His lectures are mainly intended towards youth. Young minds who do not believe in god, religion or past birth also find his lectures interesting. According to him goal of life is peace. Uninterrupted peace and bliss is the ultimate goal of every human life is nicely explained in his book. Swami Amartyananda may not be with flowery language, he may not crack frequent jokes during his discourse but his message is very much crystal clear and has always won the heart of patient listeners. Watching thought flow (WTF) is the method of meditation preached by Swami Amartyananda. Swamiji has given several discourses in many reputed institutions across India.
