  • Struggling to manage hundreds of daily emails in ServiceNow? Tired of manually creating incidents? This video unveils a powerful technique to automate incident creation based on specific email criteria!
We'll show you how to leverage ServiceNow's Flow Designer to build a flow triggered by inbound emails. This flow will only activate when the email subject line mentions "create incident." Once triggered, the magic happens:
A new incident record is automatically generated.
Any attachments included in the email are seamlessly copied and attached to the corresponding incident record.
Say goodbye to manual data entry and hello to a streamlined incident management process!
    This video is perfect for:
    ServiceNow administrators
    IT professionals
Anyone seeking to automate workflows in ServiceNow
In addition to the core functionality, we'll also delve into:
Setting up the flow trigger with specific email subject conditions
    Configuring automatic incident record creation
Handling email attachments within the flow
By the end of this video, you'll be equipped to build your own flow and transform your email handling in ServiceNow!

Hey, what do you mean execution step by step?
Under flow designer on the top right at the end, click the 3 button icon “:” and you should be able to see the option to view flow execution
