So many people here in Stafford, VA are excited to have Buc-ee's come to our neighborhood! The Embrey Mill area will have many more Stores and even a theater coming. We welcome Buc-ee's!!
This is a horrible location with no plan for traffic. Buc-ees plan is to put thousands of cars daily through neighborhood streets. A bad deal for Stafford!

I’ve lived in Stafford County 25 years it will bring jobs and needed revenue to our County. The folks opposing are in new neighborhoods that are close to SI95. This land off I95 has been zoned commercial since 2015.
Brisket isn't worth the headache it would cause. It takes over an hour to get home DC to begin with. Now your adding 20,000 cars to this pitstop for more traffic on I95. The infrastructure isn't made for this spot. This is a neighborhood where people live, walk, and shop for needs. Brisket isn't a necessity. Quality of life is a priority.
