Congrats Kangna! I’ve like literally the same situation in life at the moment and with a family this supportive, a failure in the present can totally be converted into a success in the future. Your Nanu’s message is so thoughtful and I could relate to it cuz my parents said the same thing. We’re all here for reasons beyond money unlike other jobs. So no one even has the right to tell you off for having any kind of obstacles in your journey! Like whatever the journey be for a doc, it’s brave to even choose to become a doc and I’m proud of all of us for that! I’m super duper excited for your future! And like you said once I join too, this year, we’re going to hustle. And we’re going to create a name for ourselves! And we’re going to be colleagues in the future. And that’s super exciting to me. Looking forward to staying in touch with a fellow doctor! Lots of respect!🤍✨

      hey buddies
we all got onto the same boat
after neet i was like these marks are not my worth i want to drop and then get a govt seat
but my parents really supported me
constantly motivated me being about a good doctor at the end of the day
and the stress anxiety fear of that drop year are really hard
so i too had decided to take a private medical college this year only
i hope we all gonna be great doctors one day and make every person so proud .

Hahaa dil ko sukoon dene k liye sahi haii but both have one thing in common is working hard damn hard how can you expect a person scoring in 300 to compete with hardwork and dedication of students who are securing 600 being a good doctor requires dedication and hardwork which your neet exam checks so a single sheet surely decides your future.

And yes she may not have got the best score ; the best government college but she has been the BEST daughter/ grand daughter one could ask for. We are putting our life’s earnings together for her dream as it has always been her passion to be a doctor and what better way to put to use the hard earned money. She has not taken a penny over her fee and manages all her other expenses on her own from the frugal amount she is earning from this channel and some collaborations . Takes buses , walks , saves by managing with a very old phone , troubling laptop and cutting on avoidable expenses . Only purpose being to study hard and help the needy and the old. Remember Kangu we as a family rally around you as we see ourselves doing some larger good by making sure we see this dream of yours materialise fastest. All the very best my girl. We love you. 😍

You know what kangna.....This!!!! This was so much needed. When we start preparing for neet we are nothing but kids and are feeded the idea that to become a doctor it is essetial and critical to back a gov. Seat to prove your capabity among others which might be be true but can be toxic in the sense that one person who did so much hard work starts to doubt oneself and feel undeserved... Personally speaking the guilt of being able to "pay through it" just is a degrading feeling that surrounds the choice for private colleges ....Thank you for bringing in light that the goal it to become a good doctor at the end it depends on the person🤞🤞

Wow!! this was really a lot different from what youtube is filled with. I really believe that how NEET selects ppl on the basis of score is not a good way to judge whether someone is worthy of becoming a doctor. It’s actually a lot more than that. From the ppl I have seen in my college, a lot of them are not even willing to learn about medicine. This should not be the case. As you have mentioned in the video the desire to be of help to patients and for that purpose learning as much as possible is something NEET score can never decide. I strongly believe that private college students if they are willing to serve as good doctors should hold their heads high just like your example. From the little exposure I had in last 2 yrs, becoming a good doctor is not only about how intelligent you are rather it is your willingness to learn from your mistakes and venturing into new things which is only possible if someone genuinely wants to be a doctor which often may be absent in NEET toppers…. I really really appreciate ur boldness Kangna….. Best of luck… I’ll be watching your journey so keep bringing videos like this 😊.

hi, i gave my first attempt at NEET in 2022. i also ended up getting a pretty low score which was enough to only get me a private medical college seat. i was so determined from the moment i got my results to take a gap year and prepare for neet 2023 but during counselling i ended up getting a good well reputed private college in my hometown bangalore. it's a really expensive college and i was not convinced. my parents however were not up for the idea of a gap year anymore. they said they can afford this so why should i not go. money you can always make back but this one year of your life and the stress and pressure and possibly terrible mental health and unhealthy rat race mindset you will never get over. so here i am getting ready for college as it starts in 2 days. there definitely is a lot of judgment from people who are like oh you're spending so much on mbbs?!? hmm ok all the best they say lol. but i know what my capabilities are and i know where my passion lies and i know i will make sure that i make the most of this opportunity. i am so grateful for my parents and i am so thankful that i get to go to college this year. i am looking forward to it too!! it's very exciting and i cannot wait

The reality is paisa ho toh kya kuch nahi ho sakta. I scored 200 in my drop year and I don't want to overburden my parents so I decided to choose BAMS although I got it through a prvt cllg but i think it's completely fine because the amount of money one spends on MBBS prvt is above 50 lakhs anywhere and in some cities/states it's 1 CR so the most imp thing what I feel is you don't have to become a doctor in order to live a good life. What's more imp is what you gain by your own.

For anyone who wants to become a doctor to serve and help others taking a private college (if they can afford) is totally worth it in my opinion. But for someone (this includes me) who wants to take up mbbs just because it's a good career option paying for private seat is just a poor investment because only mbbs doctors don't even make much so it's again neet pg and ss and thus govt seat is an better option. Other than that as long as you are not Taking a deemed college then private college student and govt clg student have to pass same professional examination so at the end of the day you will become doctor with same amount of knowledge.
But obviously the environment for neet pg prep is better in govt college when compared to pvt college so there definitely is a better selection ratio in pg(in govt clg) from govt clg whereas from pvt colleges it's very poor( 3-4 students from a batch of 125 or 150)
