Hutch is already so good at so many things, which is rare for a rookie. He can play all over the line and has even dropped in coverage a few times this season and made impact plays there. Just a great football player.

The man is from Detroit, went to Michigan, got drafted by Detroit. One of the few times I see someone and think they might not follow the money after there contract is up. If he chose to stay in Detroit for his career he instantly becomes a homegrown hero for the people of Michigan.

In a normal season,yes. Should be,but Sauce is arguably the best CB in the league or at least top 3. Awards be damn though. I'm just glad Hutchinson is just very good and combined with Houston being a versatile pass rusher on the other end and Pascal potentially becoming almost as good as a DE as Hutchinson with his great athletic upside,the edges are pretty scary. Now,if only we could get help for McNeil.
Not only are his physical gifts crazy you can see him start to understand the game and how to beat the O-line. Even how much better he’s gotten at not over pursuing and opening up running lanes

If we pick up some interior pressure next year (I’m almost positive that the lions make a big trade for a DT this offseason. Book it right here) then I could see this dline be in the top 5 in sacks. The year Aidan Hutchinson had for his first NFL season makes me wonder if he will end up being the first X-Factor player that plays for the Lions in Madden. It might take a couple of years for EA to consider giving him a X-Factor ability. But if he keeps playing like he did this year, every year consistently. He will have a X-Factor ability in no time. I wish Aidan Hutchinson good luck in his NFL career. Hopefully he’s one that lasts, and doesn’t get washed up quickly early in his career. There aren't many shutdown corners in NFL history, Sauce hasn't allowed a single TD, and QB's have a 61 passer rating when passing his way and that's on over 80 targets. It's completely unprecedented for a rookie corner considering how difficult the position is. Hutch has had an outstanding unprecedented season in his own right but he still had some growing pains this year. Sauce quite literally played like a top 3 corner in the league though. He's most likely gonna be a first team All-pro lol
