    Jesus gave a command with clear interpretation "Love your enemy and continue to pray for the one who persecutes you." You are right that this is incompatible with a state's duty to protect it's territory from enemy nations, but this does not mean we shoukd abstain from Christian morality, rather Christians should abstain from violence and politics. Jesus did this, when Jews tried to make him king he fled. Should we not imitate his example? Groups like Jehovah's Witnesses have proven that an organisation can endure persecution for refusing to go to war, and continue to proclaim the good news of Christ.
