11000 dislikes for what? Jealous!! How many of you can do something like this from scratch. This is not about style or finish, its about doing what we envision, seamlessly. This is awesome. Way to go kid. Keep it up and keep it going. This is raw talent, not many of us have. Kudos.

Few issues I noticed. First, you can’t change the rear brake disc or the rear sprocket because you welded the them backwards (toward the inside of the bike. And the chain tensioner should always be applied to the non load side of the chain (in this case should be on the bottom not the top. And the handlebars will break loose with that Amal pipe unless welded.....

Great video. I felt that you didn't bother to take care of the details. The cables, for example, could have been hidden in the tubes of the frame. But you just gave the basic to make it work. I liked this spirit. I am in Africa, and from where I am, I say hats off

  • @fsoiberg

Nice concept, needs planning. The chain "tensioner" goes on the none tension (slack) side of the chain. Otherwise every time you apply torque the chain will jump to straight. See when he revs, the clutch grabs, and the tensioner jumps, till the chain is pulled straight and all the slack goes to the none-tension (slack) side of the chain.

See part 2 - what bothered me most is mounting the rear break resistor up-side-down. the other issue is car tires are flat, bike tires are round (profile). It will resist rolling from side to side. Looks kool, but is it?

Chain tension the bottom of the chain not the top. The engine (clutch) will tension the top under load and will put the slack on the bottom. I would take some links out and put a delron plastic like material on the bottom. A+ for effort tho dude Your killing it man, mad props, cool build.

Very ingenious, and car tires will practically last 10× longer than ordinary minibike and motorcycle tires, they're way cheaper too! I have a pitbike with an 80cc engine in it, I might try this idea. It probably won't go very fast, but 20 mph is a lot better than walking! Lol, awesome video!

You did a fantastic job! I love the way you did the rear suspension as it isn’t visible in the thumbnail. I’d love to see it with front suspension as well. You could do it inexpensively by putting a leaf spring up front that’d act as a fender as well. Take a look at 1920’s-1930’s Indian Motorcycles front suspension that used them, you could keep it single sided as well then and then make a 2nd video from this bike. TY again for doing such a creative build and wishing you much success on your channel and many years of safe and fun both riding and building projects 👍🏻

Раму жесткую нужно было делать. Разобьет соединение быстро. Фиксация оси передней вилки на штифты в подшипниках тоже не надежно, распорные втулки не помешают. Крепление руля на один центральный болт опасно.

The chain tensioner is on the wrong side of the chain, it jumps like crazy. You could put it on the lower side, that side does not get any tension, so it would sit there smoothly.

  • @rcook7839

Chain tensioned goes under bottom chain and pulls up, recommended closer to the back sprocket. And you might want to gusset the frame at all connecting points you welded. Good idea and looks fun.

Натяжник сверху цепи. Ты серьёзно??? На ходу цепь натягивается сверху а снизу болтается как бы.

You need to move the chain tensioner to the bottom of the chain, before it gets to the rear sprocket. The top of the chain, after the rear sprocket will tension its self.
