Thank you for being a part of the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership! BRHP uses the the Request for Tenancy Approval or RTA packet to determine whether a unit is eligible for rental assistance. Both the tenant and landlord should fill out this form together.

This was very helpful it sounds like this is for the landlord. Is there any chance you guys have a tutorial for tenants.
