Many of us have to stay at home these days, or are restricted in where we can go. How can we best use these times of isolation? How do we prepare ourselves inwardly for a future that is becoming increasingly uncertain?
Now, more than ever, our spiritual practice becomes essential. We can use this time to step back from our worries and concerns, and draw on the clarity and wisdom that lie in the stillness of our being.
We'll need to be flexible, to let go of outdated thinking, habitual reactions, and assumptions as to how to respond, to find the inner freedom to see things with fresh eyes. At the same time we need to remain rooted in the ground of our being, so that we can stay cool, calm, and collected in the midst of whatever changes may come.
Being Here Now becomes ever more important. We have the opportunity to step back from our conditioned sense of self and return to our true nature-to the inner home we never really left. And there discover for ourselves the spiritual wisdom in the zen teaching: Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. No one to be.
In this interview, Peter answers Zaya's questions:

This was extraordinary. In 1995 or thereabouts I was driving along the M4 from London to Bristol and a message in my head said ‘go visit Avebury’. I had been thinking of going and I had a bit of time so I turned off and went. As I drove up to the car park there I realised that it was 21st December. Interesting I thought. Walking from the car park I noticed a group of people and asked what was happening. ‘We’re doing a solstice ceremony’. So I stopped. I was told that the two Peter’s were conducting the ceremony. One was...Peter Russell and I had just read one of his books ‘Global Brain’, I think. Anyway my ‘awakening’ started there.
So a few days ago I was sorting my books and I had a thought ‘I wonder where I put the Peter Russell books?’ Several days later I go to You Tube and there you were. I think the Universe was nudging me - then and now. Thank you for arriving at seminal moments in my life. It is totally wonderful to reconnect albeit over time and distance. I have long admired your work.

You’re intelligent people yet the book that’s the most important on earth you haven’t read,
It’s sad really because all of this is predicted in the bible. A book that has layers upon layers of scientific knowledge.
Ascension can only be achieved trough Jesus Christ
All the rest is “false prophet”
If you don’t know the other side of a story how do you know which one is the real one
I am not talking about religion which spends to much time thinking itself better than the word of God
But “the bible” itself read it all of it than do it again
It tells you every single secrets of the Universe all of it.
The only choice we really have is to ascend with God for an eternal life or die and go to an eternity of hell in the pit,
Why you say, well we are not of this world but we’ve been trapped, fallen from another dimension...
