Nothing like watching someone having an absolute blast catching big fish, except for catching one myself.

I love Rebekka!! She's such a awesome gal! I met her a few times over the years and she's such a doll, takes time to talk fishing and answer my fishing questions, she's real sweet and genuine.

Being from LABRADOR , and having fished and trapped both the eagle and igloo lake lodges and others as well , it sure seems noce to sit back and relax and listen to others of whom have had great fishing experiences on these and other rivers. Tight lines , great company, food ,fair weather and Fish On ! My best regards to you all.

Good point about the quick pictures. You can take all the time you want admiring the fish in the picture.

    At 12:35 , yup it's a salmon, it's not a smelt that's for sure .

Those gloves take off the protective layer or slime on the trout and remove scales on the salmon resulting in skin damage that will give those fish an infection and eventually kill many of them. No touch ! If you need to touch the fish wet hands first and be gentle, but you don’t need to touch them it’s bad practice. #newflyfisherislame

Totally agree, this is a video from 2012. Today we don't use gloves at all. Thanks for your input

How much salmon can you get for $500 U.S dollars ?

If it's just salmon you want, buy a fillet at the grocery store. If it's the unparalleled experience of fishing for salmon on a fly, $500 will go a long way on the rivers of Nova Scotia.

You shouldn't use gloves to handle any of the fish in this video, as is damages their skin. You preach about preserving the health of the fish, and harm their skin whilst doing so... I love seeing the great fishing but please read up.

Too bad that it's for people with a boatload of money..

I just checked out their web page and it's $4500/person/week, plus tax, plus other add-on fees. You also need to fly yourself up there to meet them so you're looking at no less than $6000-7000/person. Roughly a $1000/day holiday. Expensive, but at the same time i know of a lodge that's $3000-30000/day depending on what you want.

What happened to the other host? She's cute, but it definitely stops there. She is not April Vokey. Perhaps she should take a lesson or two.

Really???? Who cares that she isn't April Vokey...not every fly girl can be April....at least she knows much of what she is doing....heck, she's a dbl hauler, so how many women do you know can do that?.....she's having fun!......has a great character and would be a hoot to fish with I think
