No I'll listen to people and I"ll be intent with them but say someone comes up from behind me and says something, I'm not going to hear it for shit. I don't know why. Sometimes they repeat it so many times to me and I still don't register it nor fucking actually hear it. It's a problem.

Great question! :) I would say practicing active listening & considering other’s perspectives in-depth, while never letting other people’s thoughts kill the good vibe of your own heart-felt perspective. As long as you consider other’s perspectives without taking them personally, then you’re good. :) No need to necessarily agree with the perspectives, nor give any time or energy to blatantly destructive perspectives.
