I'm doing like I did at DS2, staring up cars only as much as they need to be cuzz we all know you have to save up every SCoin as possible otherwise bye bye Bugatti :-P I would also recommend to all guys to do only Hazard 3 missions, don't do any other cuzz then you won't collect enough SCoins, from what I saw while playing H3 gives you the most SCoins, second most gives you H1 for some odd reason and the least gives you H2 (ratio S points/S coins)
