I love the way you explain this! I have been working on manifesting my sp and I notice a lot of movement once I work on my self concept. He reaches out and we meet but then I get triggered when I don’t see him doing the things that i want him to do/say in the 3D and I begin discussing the old story. I’ve been working on this but it seems to be a continuous loop of movement and then poof! I get triggered. 😂 It’s frustrating but I guess I have to keep persisting with more investments, as you said. So, when you get something in the 3D that is undesirable, the best thing to do is accept it, accept that it isn't part of your internal world and then begin to go back to working on self concept and building the internal world you desire. Thank you! I really appreciate that!

I think I actually manifested him leaving and getting involved with someone else because I was so freaking insecure about him and us . I'm in a position rn where my SP and I dated for 3 years, we had our issues and usual breaks up but this time we broke up it was for a month and a half, and we met last week and decided to work on things. He was so keen and ready to work on things and he felt a connection. 3 days go by and he tells me he doesn't feel it anymore, he doesn't want a rn and he loves me but not in love. Throughout these 7 days I lived in the end state and am still doing so.... whenever I thought of him I assumed he missed me and he wants to reach out . Hey! This past week, I told my sp I can’t be ‘just friends’ anymore and she said it’s all she can offer. Her thing is she basically feels way too scared to open up that door again even after I have made so many positive changes. She just feels scared things will go back to being unhealthy like the past. Very codependent insecure relationship in the past and she felt unwanted by me. After reconnecting with her this year - I agreed to friends. She said she doesn’t know if she can see us together anymore. Basically - do you think I did the right thing by saying I can’t be just friends bc I want to be with her, resulting in possibly temporary no communication ? If you use this time wisely for your manifestation, then yeah, you did good. If you focus on being together, that would create that. 'I am in a loving relationship with sp' but if you want to go the forgiveness and being open route, you could have 'SP and I have forgive and forgotten the past, allowing us to go forward better than ever'
There has been some nights where i wake up full of anxiety regarding my sp. Usually a dream of him triggers that. As soon as i get those uncomfortable anxieties, i try to switch them into a different stories and i try to give all the love to myself as well. I really hope this helps me...has been hard so far
My boyfriend broke up with me yesterday and honestly I feel he made a mistake. His reason for ending things up is not wanting to hurt me anymore although he isn't hurting me at all and I kept telling him. He still loves me deeply I know that it a fact. I Want us to come back and work on us because he is such a sensitive and sweet guy and when he is like that for me I feel so good. Doubt and fear of exist when you're identifying with your 3D reality. When doubt or fear comes up, take a few breaths, remind yourself of your power and dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled. To try to change is only accepting the problem. Instead of trying to change your current reality, shift into a new one.

Take away the need for it to be fast. The more you're trying to rush it, the more you're in lack of it. So, take away the need for time, place your focus and awareness on your relationship being perfect.
I am manifesting my bf back and had been on and off working on affirmations then switching to self concept for a couple months now and feeling stuck, I’ve manifested many things including him texting me first, we still talk from time to time and he always responds whenever I text him even sees me when I ask, but whenever I talk to him about ‘us’ he holds things that I did against him, despite me trying to makeup for it, he’ll say he likes talking to me/seeing me, wants to be friends but also says things like he “wants to be alone” or when I ask about him being attracted to me he never gives me a straight answer just “idk” he tells me to move on which really hurts and also says I’m a “different person” implying not the person who he fell in love with and that I’ve “changed” when actually I think I’ve changed in a positive way, I just really want him to give us another chance and don’t know what to do anymore
It sounds like you're doing more 3D work and pushing than internal work to create this. You need to commit, internally, to the story of forgiveness, love and committment

The quantity of work done isn't as important as the quality. It is your dominant state that manifests. So, if you're doing the work when it comes to mind and then making an effort to enjoy life externally to that, assuming you're in the state of having your desire more dominant when it comes to mind, you'll be all good. Enjoy life!
Hi Matrix Although I was the one that indicated the break up. I felt as if he didn’t care. I know I’m irreplaceable and I have never had an ex that didn’t want me back . However I’ve not been able to eat or sleep. I don’t think I’ve felt like this in a very long time. honestly, I just feel so helpless on everything right now. I tried to explain that the communication aspects in every relationship is the most important. He tried to make, it seem like I was trying to control him, which I would never do. If they blocked you, it means nothing. Your sub mind doesn't care. Therefore, don't worry about that, additionally, focus on yourself and bring that energy back to you. When you can live and enjoy life for yourself, living in the end will be so much easier and more effective.

I have been working on manifesting my sp and I notice a lot of movement once I work on my self concept. He reaches out and we meet but then I get triggered when I don’t see him doing the things that i want him to do/say in the 3D and I begin discussing the old story. I’ve been working on this but it seems to be a continuous loop of movement and then poof! I get triggered. 😂
It’s frustrating but I guess I have to keep persisting with more investments, as you said.

So, when you get something in the 3D that is undesirable, the best thing to do is accept it, accept that it isn't part of your internal world and then begin to go back to working on self concept and building the internal world you desire.

Repetitive as I see now, but hey! I stand by it. Haha

I'm in a position rn where my SP and I dated for 3 years, we had our issues and usual breaks up but this time we broke up it was for a month and a half, and we met last week and decided to work on things. He was so keen and ready to work on things and he felt a connection. 3 days go by and he tells me he doesn't feel it anymore, he doesn't want a rn and he loves me but not in love. It's a complete 180 from what he said when we met . He basically said he isn't interested anymore and doesn't want to talk to me... back then I felt very hurt when we broke up but this time hearing all those things didn't change anything because I know he will be back and those feelings of wanting me will come back... I just know it. I feel it... have you seen stories where it got to this point where it seems impossible to get them back but the person eventually gets their SP, even when their SP said they have no feelings whatsoever?

Throughout these 7 days I lived in the end state and am still doing so.... whenever I thought of him I assumed he missed me and he wants to reach out . And some says I thought he wants to reach out but he's just hesitant..... today he told me he misses me and us and was resistanting the urge to message me.... it's amazing what we can do through manifestation

Things were going really well, and she even invited me to her place. I manifested that too, that she would invite me to her apartment. We talked a lot, but now she has disappeared for more than a day for some reason. In this case, should I just keep manifesting and not write to her at all? Should I wait for her to contact me? Hey! This past week, I told my sp I can’t be ‘just friends’ anymore and she said it’s all she can offer. Her thing is she basically feels way too scared to open up that door again even after I have made so many positive changes. She just feels scared things will go back to being unhealthy like the past. Very codependent insecure relationship in the past and she felt unwanted by me. After reconnecting with her this year - I agreed to friends. She said she doesn’t know if she can see us together anymore.
Basically - do you think I did the right thing by saying I can’t be just friends bc I want to be with her, resulting in possibly temporary no communication ? And second - what’s a good affirmation for forgiveness and her not being afraid anymore with me?

If you use this time wisely for your manifestation, then yeah, you did good.
If you focus on being together, that would create that. 'I am in a loving relationship with sp' but if you want to go the forgiveness and being open route, you could have 'SP and I have forgive and forgotten the past, allowing us to go forward better than ever'
There has been some nights where i wake up full of anxiety regarding my sp. Usually a dream of him triggers that. As soon as i get those uncomfortable anxieties, i try to switch them into a different stories and i try to give all the love to myself as well. I really hope this helps me...has been hard so far

Doubt and fear of exist when you're identifying with your 3D reality. When doubt or fear comes up, take a few breaths, remind yourself of your power and dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled. To try to change is only accepting the problem. Instead of trying to change your current reality, shift into a new one.

Take away the need for it to be fast. The more you're trying to rush it, the more you're in lack of it. So, take away the need for time, place your focus and awareness on your relationship being perfect.
I am manifesting my bf back and had been on and off working on affirmations then switching to self concept for a couple months now and feeling stuck, I’ve manifested many things including him texting me first, we still talk from time to time and he always responds whenever I text him even sees me when I ask, but whenever I talk to him about ‘us’ he holds things that I did against him, despite me trying to makeup for it, he’ll say he likes talking to me/seeing me, wants to be friends but also says things like he “wants to be alone” or when I ask about him being attracted to me he never gives me a straight answer just “idk” he tells me to move on which really hurts and also says I’m a “different person” implying not the person who he fell in love with and that I’ve “changed” when actually I think I’ve changed in a positive way, I just really want him to give us another chance and don’t know what to do anymore
It sounds like you're doing more 3D work and pushing than internal work to create this. You need to commit, internally, to the story of forgiveness, love and committment

The quantity of work done isn't as important as the quality. It is your dominant state that manifests. So, if you're doing the work when it comes to mind and then making an effort to enjoy life externally to that, assuming you're in the state of having your desire more dominant when it comes to mind, you'll be all good. Although I was the one that indicated the break up. I felt as if he didn’t care. I know I’m irreplaceable and I have never had an ex that didn’t want me back . However I’ve not been able to eat or sleep. I don’t think I’ve felt like this in a very long time. honestly, I just feel so helpless on everything right now. I tried to explain that the communication aspects in every relationship is the most important. He tried to make, it seem like I was trying to control him, which I would never do. I’m not even an emotional person. But I was crying for days and myself to sleep at night. I know that I can be extremely stubborn and I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting because it does take two. If they blocked you, it means nothing. Your sub mind doesn't care. Therefore, don't worry about that, additionally, focus on yourself and bring that energy back to you. When you can live and enjoy life for yourself, living in the end will be so much easier and more effective.
