Noted. My understanding is that the war that destroys many Israeli lives in the north is described in Isaiah 17 and Psalm 83. It's the war that will make Damascus a heap of ruins. Therein, the prophets say Israel will lose a fortress while Syria will lose a kingdom. In our study, I think a major approach is two compare the four chapters and compare the lists of aggressors. A notable feature of Psalm 83 War is that it will begin in the evening and in the morning it will be gone. May the Lord open our minds to understand better.

Always enjoy these teachings. Don’t necessarily agree with all of the interpretations or conclusions but this is a perfect example of interpreting Scripture in a very biblical way and yet there are other interpretations but this teacher really backs his interpretations up with good theology.

To hopefully answer your question:.... The Torah was meant for the Jews, not the Gentiles. The Gentiles never had the Torah. The Torah has over 600 laws the Jews had to keep which were the details/specifics of the Ten Commandments. Before Christ's sacrifice on the cross for our sins by HIS shed blood, the Jews sacrificed animals to COVER their sins for a short period of time, one year. People brought their sacrificial offerings to the high priest at the temple, the priest blessed their best offering which had to qualify according to certain standards. They also had to keep all the commandments given to Moses - over 600. The "Ten Commandments" were each a summary or a 'chapter heading' for the commandments contained under each 'heading' or commandment. Being impossible to keep all of those commandments, & the fact that the blood of animals can never 'remit' or 'remove' sins, the Lord Jesus, the perfect sinless sacrifice was given to REPLACE the sacrifice of animals & REMOVE sins from us in God's eyes. We become clean, washed of sins through Jesus' perfect sacrifice for us. God knew that man could not keep the Whole Law (over 600 commands) because we're sinners by nature since the fall of Adam, so Jesus came to fulfill the Law on our behalf. God still wants us to live a RIGHTEOUS LIFE (moral life) obeying the Ten Commandments (the headings) bc the Ten Commandments tell us in a nutshell, right from wrong. Like the above posted scriptures say in this thread, we are to believe in Jesus sacrifice for us for salvation, but if we truly believe then we demonstrate that by living godly lives. Living godly lives by the power of the Holy Spirit through the regeneration the Holy Spirit provides when we are 'born again' through His power. The Holy Spirit of God regenerates our spirit back to God when we sincerely ask for the salvation provided by Jesus Christ & are repentant of our sins in order to receive His gift of salvation. If we are truly repentant before God, the regeneration He provides when we ask for salvation (God's mercy) is the impartation of the Holy Spirit who joins us back to God, making us His children. When that truly happens, we are changed within, having His Holy Spirit residing in us, causing us to WANT to live for Him & please Him. We are changed spiritually. No longer separated from the Father, or Jesus. ❤️

Jesus said, "you must be born again" in John 3, and the Holy Spirit indwells the born again believer. Those who are born again live holy, and will be raptured before the Tribulation. John 14:1-4, Revelation 3:10-11, 1 Corinthians 15, 1 Thessalonians 4, Titus 2:11-13.

Im writing this at day 13 of israel at war with gaza. When I listened to that prophecy, I noted the settlements hamas attacked were not walled or gated. Everyone is saying it was a sudden surprise attack and one of the festivals that was targeted, was a peace festival. Could that prophecy be talking about this war? Noted. My understanding is that the war that destroys many Israeli lives in the north is described in Isaiah 17 and Psalm 83. It's the war that will make Damascus a heap of ruins. Therein, the prophets say Israel will lose a fortress while Syria will lose a kingdom. In our study, I think a major approach is two compare the four chapters and compare the lists of aggressors. A notable feature of Psalm 83 War is that it will begin in the evening and in the morning it will be gone. May the Lord open our minds to understand better.

Always enjoy these teachings. Don’t necessarily agree with all of the interpretations or conclusions but this is a perfect example of interpreting Scripture in a very biblical way and yet there are other interpretations but this teacher really backs his interpretations up with good theology.

To hopefully answer your question:.... The Torah was meant for the Jews, not the Gentiles. The Gentiles never had the Torah. The Torah has over 600 laws the Jews had to keep which were the details/specifics of the Ten Commandments. Before Christ's sacrifice on the cross for our sins by HIS shed blood, the Jews sacrificed animals to COVER their sins for a short period of time, one year. People brought their sacrificial offerings to the high priest at the temple, the priest blessed their best offering which had to qualify according to certain standards. They also had to keep all the commandments given to Moses - over 600. The "Ten Commandments" were each a summary or a 'chapter heading' for the commandments contained under each 'heading' or commandment. Being impossible to keep all of those commandments, & the fact that the blood of animals can never 'remit' or 'remove' sins, the Lord Jesus, the perfect sinless sacrifice was given to REPLACE the sacrifice of animals & REMOVE sins from us in God's eyes. We become clean, washed of sins through Jesus' perfect sacrifice for us. God knew that man could not keep the Whole Law (over 600 commands) because we're sinners by nature since the fall of Adam, so Jesus came to fulfill the Law on our behalf. God still wants us to live a RIGHTEOUS LIFE (moral life) obeying the Ten Commandments (the headings) bc the Ten Commandments tell us in a nutshell, right from wrong. Like the above posted scriptures say in this thread, we are to believe in Jesus sacrifice for us for salvation, but if we truly believe then we demonstrate that by living godly lives. Living godly lives by the power of the Holy Spirit through the regeneration the Holy Spirit provides when we are 'born again' through His power. The Holy Spirit of God regenerates our spirit back to God when we sincerely ask for the salvation provided by Jesus Christ & are repentant of our sins in order to receive His gift of salvation. If we are truly repentant before God, the regeneration He provides when we ask for salvation (God's mercy) is the impartation of the Holy Spirit who joins us back to God, making us His children. When that truly happens, we are changed within, having His Holy Spirit residing in us, causing us to WANT to live for Him & please Him. We are changed spiritually. No longer separated from the Father, or Jesus. ❤️

Jesus said, "you must be born again" in John 3, and the Holy Spirit indwells the born again believer. Those who are born again live holy, and will be raptured before the Tribulation. John 14:1-4, Revelation 3:10-11, 1 Corinthians 15, 1 Thessalonians 4, Titus 2:11-13.

Im writing this at day 13 of israel at war with gaza. When I listened to that prophecy, I noted the settlements hamas attacked were not walled or gated. Jesus said that the only way to be *SAVED* is to be *BORN AGAIN...* What does this mean? The new birth is not any of the following: baptism, church membership, partaking of communion, reforming one’s life, prayer, or good works. The new birth is a change of heart. God gives us the new birth when we take U turn to Him with remorse for our sinful lifestyle and repent(Godly Sorow Produces Repentance and Leading to Salvation).
God sees when we are ready for the new birth. We will know when we are born again. We will have a free conscience, a desire to do right, and an assurance of a home in heaven.
Jesus tells us that the gates of heaven are closed to us unless we are born again. For one thing the Book of Revelation is not just another book of the Bible. The Book of Revelation is the Spirit of Prophecy, which is why the judgement in the end of Revelation 22 is given to anyone that adds to or takes away from it. Who is the Revelator? If you guessed John, then you guessed wrong. John is just the receiver of the message, to be given. Yahuah Tseva'oth, Creator of All, is The Revelator, Who gave The Word of Prophecy to Yahushuah the Son, in order to show His Servants things to come. Most believers do not understand the Spirit of Prophecy, so they try to reason in their own minds, what the Word is Saying.
