This is not so. A will is a legal binding document & if you are not named in the will then you don’t receive a dime. Charlie didn’t name many family members & other people in his will but that doesn’t give them a right to his estate.

In TX, if a Decedent wishes to exclude an Heir from any inheritance, it must specifically state so & name the Heir being excluded. It sounds like the Will was silent on this guy completely & he has a clear right to challenge it…Queue the Lawyers.
This is not so. A will is a legal binding document & if you are not named in the will then you don’t receive a dime. Charlie didn’t name many family members & other people in his will but that doesn’t give them a right to his estate.
I would venture to say the restraining order and push for money stems from his wife... that happens more often then not, but it could be from him as well, either way let Charlie rest in peace and enjoy the houses and things ya already were given to you by him in his life and just let him be now!

I read an article that days a DNA test was taken a long time ago proving paternity and Charlie was ordered to pay child support. Charlie was a COWARD. His wife is a shameful _itch. I mean whether it is public knowledge or not if someone is his son and he clearly had a relationship with him (regardless of what the widow calls it) that's enough to prove he's entitled to something from his father just like his other kids are. I think it's sad she has to insult him like that by saying he was using him like a cash cow (If you can't rely on monetary help from your parents when needed that's a sad day as I have been there) and she kept information about his health from the son she knew existed likely because it was from infidelity and a biracial one. Charley Pride probably wanted to keep it a secret while he was living to avoid his shame but secrets always come to light when people seek peace from speaking the truth.
