Just fyi a classic English Breakfast(which differs from a Scottish Breakfast) will generally consist of Bacon, Eggs, Beans, Sausage, Tomatoes and Toast. A Scottish Breakfast is basically the same, but with black pudding,(a kind of blood sausage), Potatoes Scones and Lorne/Square sausage. Yeah, we Scots like our sausage so much we'll have 3 different kinds on the same plate.
