Aftermarket 59D dizzy with BAD advance curve!

    Interesting stuff Darren! I'm curious though, what did you do about the loose end and the pin?

      I haven't done any repairs yet to this one. It may be a future video.
      If a new split pin can take up the wear, I will try that first.

      All aftermarket dizzys need to be checked and adjusted before using, regardless of manufacturer.

      I think the lesson here is that all aftermarket units need to be checked and adjusted before use.
      Also need to keep an eye on them after a few years of use.
