I really like your interpretation of astrology as being evolutionary. Very helpful perspective which makes alot of sense to me. I agree that anyone who makes predictions - whether an astrologer, psychic, tarot reader or economist - is only able to identify trends and probabilities as you stated. No one can predict anything with 100 percent certainty, because there are many variables involved and any one person can decide to do something differently that could change the desired outcome. However knowing potential probabilities and trends can sometimes be helpful.
I always think of astrology as a helpfull tool and warning, its always good to know that we have to prepare for bad times and we should be happy if they pass an things turn for the better, it gives people strenght and hope. I can rember when I was 10 years old my mother past away, it was terrible for my dad. My pain had no chance I was always concerned about my dad. We moved to a house with another house on the property, that lady was the first astrologer I met. I didnt understand what she was doing but she told me angels gives her answers, I told her I would help her with everything but she should ask the angels when my dad is going to get a new wife. She was very accurate , she told me I am too young to ask the angels but she would tell them its important. Now I read many astrology books and find it fasinating, be blessed.
@fogggygyrl Yes he did, it was strange but about a month later he met his new wife, it was his sister that introduced them. So all turned out better for him, I went to stay with my fathers sister, she has no children of her own. Hugs, be blessed.

@fogggygyrl Sad to hear that you are bedridden. Have you ever heared about-Life purpose- every planet has a purpose- like your sun. My Suns purpose is my youngest brother, my mom died when he was just a baby the ninth house from my scorpio sun is Cancer, the moon is on my fathers birhday, the ninth from the sun, it indicates a parent. The Moon is a additional supplemation of the Sun because of Cancer in the ninth and the ruller of my brothers Sun, so my Suns lifepurpose is helping my father and baby brother through karmic bad stages. I am glad that I did this even if at that time I didnt know anything about astrology. We are coming into this life with a obligation to do certain things, life lessons. All the planets tells its reasons why we are here and what we have to go through in this life. Maybe you have learned about this already, I thought it would be good to give you this info, we think of life differently if we understand our purpose. I've suggested to clients and readers of my newsletter to use cycles such as the Jupiter/Saturn cycle...when you work and work towards a long-term goal, you have a much better chance of attaining wealth. Jupiter/Saturn is a fantastic theme of "controlled expansion" which is the power of compounding. Indeed wealth does not have to be monetary, such as what Transneptunian Hades symbolizes, a kind of alchemical theme.
I look at Astrology similar to the the biblical story of when David was in jail, then released to give a prediction to the king. 7 fat cows/7 skinny cows...and how that basically prepared you to plan accordingly. But, not just solely to plan, since Astrology alone can't do that! You also have to utilize other tools in life to assist with the "knowing". If that makes sense!
