When will we see our people on screen in different roles, beyond just gangsters, drug addicts, and alcoholics? Our community is so much more than that. Toekomsrus in Randfontein is very Afrikaans. Cantona grew up both iñ the Coloured community and in the suburbs and there are a lot of Afrikaans schools. I thought he was from the Cape but in this interview he sounds just like Coloured children who went to school with white Afrikaans children. So he's fluent in both but more comfortable in Afrikaans.
