Something id like to see in future cfb games is players getting drafted based on a mix of talent and stats rather than just talent. Wallner 100% wouldve been drafted irl with multiple 1500 seasons as an SEC reciever but since hes an 84 ovr he goes undrafted. Even if its like a 6th or 7th round pick thats better than a guy like him going undrafted
When madden rookies top out in the mid 80s they should lower the requirement. I don't get why they decided to make only 90+(or whatever the limit is) have the opportunity to be drafted

I think the issue with players capping at such low overalls is more so that the skills stop progressing which, if a player is producing, would likely not be the case. That said, I don't think the physical traits should drastically change over 4 years. I think they have some of the right elements here, but it needs to be tweaked.
it legitimately feels like star development is MUCH better than elite dev in this game. It seems like it's something that needs to be patched but I don't think elite dev players should have skill caps at all.
Tight Ends are broken. It would be great for someone with some audience to shine a light on it with a video like this. Some of their ratings caps are locked to being full so that only blocking TEs can develop high overalls (and a few possession).
I think for a challenge video, you should follow the national championship winner, and loser for 20 years to see if any teams repeat, fall off, or if the losing team gets the win the next year.
This makes me wonder if the true #1 WR were actually ATH with the Receiving Back archetype, maybe classified that way because they have good ball carrying skills. I know that I have moved many WR to HB to get some pretty drastic overall increases
Love these videos man, keep it up. If you have an excel sheet or something of sorts to keep track of progression that you could make public that'd be cool. Trying to make sense of progression in this game because it makes no sense.
I’d rather have you jump in for maybe 1-2 games so we can see them in action, allows us to see how they play on the field and it won’t throw off their real stats too much

Man it's hard for some position groups because if you don't play a little you might not have much to show us but I do prefer letting the sim doing its thing. I trust in your judgement though so do what you think is right!

Gems can mean many things. It can mean that he has insane potential, great development, or great starting ratings. Gem athletes tend to be really low overalls but have ridiculous caps and can be molded into multiple positions.

The only issue i see is the CPU seems to want to put the 2nd receiver in the SLWR position which is gonna be targeted more.

had a 5 star recruit be normal dev, not even a bust. it was brutal
Gaines had 37 TDs in 2 years had the best play and had the best overall season with 1300 yds and 20 tds.

I think if you want to join it’s cool but it should be in the first quarter you shouldn’t have control later in games to win or lose
haven’t watched the video so idk if it happened but if someone transfers to a new school, they dont get the benefits of training results

In offline dynasty you can add user-controlled teams. It says “Playing solo” but really means you can’t play with others online.
