Also while camp Half-Blood is a “summer” camp it is open year round and many demigods choose to stay at camp rather than return home. The bolt in question can’t just be remade. It’s The Master Bolt, Zeus’s original bolt and the symbol of his power (like Poseidon’s trident is to him). And while Zeus has other lightning bolts, the Master Bolt is in a league of its own. If I remember correctly, the Master Bolt is comparable to Nuclear Bombs in terms of power. The reason Percy has to find and return the Bolt is because Zeus thinks he stole and, like most tyrants, won’t change his mind on that. So the ultimatum is Percy has to return the Bolt he stole on behalf of Poseidon or Zeus is going to war with Poseidon. Lastly, “Children of Ares” and “calm” or “rational”, don’t exactly go together. Like Luke said about their attitude, “they come by it honestly.” Anyway, Love the reactions and can’t wait for more and honestly had a sneaking suspicion we’d be hearing some Hadestown sooner or later😂
Gabe smells repulsively human he masks Percy's scent from monsters, Grover even mentioned that even after a week in camp he can still smell Gabe in Percy..
Chiron was actually horseback the entire time of his filming(in centaur form obv) and the actor is pretty close with with it. Grover was taught and trained to walk like a satyr😂 he's actually practiced it for hours
4:29 Grover would have a hard time speaking up & correcting Dionysus because he's a satyr, follower of Dionysus~ It's like the way certain water-related creatures are extra willing to help/obedient to Percy~~~ 6:03 One of the many problems with the gods' parenting: the gods not caring enough to claim their kids = too many kids in Hermes cabin. And the cabins are specifically built a certain way and they can't really alter them to expand Hermes cabin to fit more kids, cause there'd be riots if a lesser god had a bigger cabin/temple than the Big 3 *BUT* it wouldn't be a problem if they CLAIMED! THEIR! KIDS! (and let minor gods have cabins & claim their kids!!!) ...but that's kinda one of the points of the story~~~
Three shows that are a great middle grade suggestion are The Owl House, Gravity Falls and Anphibia. They do cool Easter eggs to each other as they all worked on the same show at one point and a couple of them have in show codes to cypher.
16:08 yeah…there’s not a lot of actual parenting going on in this series; in later books there are characters who are LITERALLY raised by wolves…and there’s not a lot of Adolescent or Child Psychology degrees amongst the Gods and Demi-humans whose job it is to raise the young Demi-gods; all of whom haven’t figured out that calling everyone “Half-Blood”, giving them magic weapons, and shipping them off to, what is essentially, “kids summer concentration camp”, is probably not the best way to raise children…
22:32 Alex, what’s your issue with Odysseus? By all accounts he’s generally okay when compared to most of the Greek heroes. Also, he’s not a Demigod, he’s descended from Hermes, but his parents were mortals.
Either way Percy Jackson is a great and a brand new movie just like the old Percy Jackson movie either way it's going to look great and brand new today speaking of today welcome back for making RUclips videos and we miss you guys making RUclips videos anyway at this time and when we noticed that you might not do you tube videos somehow you guys are having a long break from working on RUclips videos and we miss you guys too much for this video because you guys have changed but a little but not much exactly but we just miss you guys a lot either way now you guys got ideas for movies on RUclips and all of us we can't hardly wait to see it on RUclips videos either way I wouldn't miss this for the World you guys you know ?
