if you want you can crush it and use in same soup i don't use as after boiling veg. all good things from veg comes in water stack and no taste in those veg. but its up to you.. Thank you avni.
You can use it. Once you boil all vegetable 20-25 min all vegetable quality comes in vegetable stock.so those vegetable will not much useful.still you can use it if you want. Thank you so much
